As a wedding photographer, I have a passion for capturing the emotions and memories of your special day. It's all about authentic and creative images that showcase the love, humour, and tenderness of your wedding. My goal is to tell your unique story and capture those magical moments, treasured guests and details that makes your wedding day so special. When you look back at your wedding photos, I want you to see images that are a true reflection of who you are as a couple.

Just like you as a couple, your wedding photos should be 100% unique.  There is definitely no cookie cutter approach from me.  I'm a huge advocate of keeping things free flowing, spontaneous and FUN!  My backflipping days are over but my sense of humour generally keeps everyone in the best of spirits and ready for my next creative idea.  Generally.

Now to ensure that you feel fully comfortable and relaxed on your big day, I offer a complimentary pre-wedding photography shoot where we can get to know each other better. This helps us to build a connection, understand my sense of humour, alleviate any nerves and to better use time more efficiently on the wedding day.

We hired Adam as our wedding photographer and can't recommend him strongly enough. I found him via his website and was instantly impressed as he is someone who had a keen eye for composition, lighting, and someone who could capture motion - a skill that showed itself consistently through all of the photos Adam took for us (including the test shots which turned an unassuming corner of a park into something magical).

Adam is incredibly friendly, funny, and personable (which shines through his print work too). We felt comfortable with him throughout the process and are looking forward to having him again at the next event we can justify a photographer!

On the day of the wedding, Adam turned up ready to go and didn't stop. We were surprised looking back through the photos at the range of angles he got (working tirelessly in the background, without drawing attention to himself). When he had an opportunity to interact with our guests he was easy going and fun. Everyone is not only impressed with the quality of his work, but also his professionalism and work ethic.

If anyone is wondering whether to work with Adam, take the chance - you won't be disappointed. Thank you Adam!

 A little bit about me

I am a full-time wedding photographer based in Auckland.  I shot my first full wedding back in 2013.  Aside from weddings and engagement sessions I dabble in family portraits, corporate, and food photography.  I also create somewhat amusing prints which I sell here and throughout New Zealand in various amazing galleries.

When I'm not working my life revolves around my family, who are my everything.  A couch and a coffee are a close second.  Of course, being a wedding photographer means my family are often cajoled into weekend day trips so I can play with whatever new gear I've just purchased or just as likely a little scouting for an upcoming wedding or engagement shoot.  When people find out what I do for a living they often ask about the craziness of a wedding day.  I just smile and mention that my kids think they are the energiser bunny and compared to photographing them, a wedding is like a slow motion rom-com.

Thank you for considering me as your wedding photographer. I recommend viewing my portfolio on a larger screen for the best possible experience. Contact me today to discuss your wedding photography needs and let's create something beautiful together!
